Cleaning Deposit: Fully refunded with in 5-7 business days as long as the cottage is left as received. Cleaning Service is $50/hr.

Reservation Policy: 50% plus cleaning deposit to reserve your stay and the balance is due w/in 30 days of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refunded if the week can be rebooked at the same rate. 50% refunded if the week can be rebooked at 1/2 price. 0% refunded if the week can not be rebooked however, deposit can be applied to an alternative weeks stay if reserved w/in a 12 month period.
